Origami Business Continuity Statement
At Origami, nothing is more important than the health, safety and welfare of our staff, customers and partners. During these uncertain times we have been closely monitoring the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and focusing all of our efforts to ensure that we protect our staff and continue to deliver excellent service to all of our customers.
In early March we invoked our business continuity plan and performed a full business continuity test, with 100% of our staff working remotely. This test gave us the confidence that we can fully operate the Origami business with all of our staff working remotely. Our staff and cloud-based SaaS platform are fully equipped to work seamlessly regardless of where our staff and customers are based.
Following UK Government guidance on Tuesday March 17th we invoked our full business continuity plan and from that date we have had 100% of staff working remotely. To date we have had no operational issues and are running our full platform and providing all services as normal.
Our Business Continuity Team continues to meet on a daily basis to review the latest Government guidance and to ensure that Origami’s stance and approach remains optimal for staff safety and our continued business delivery.
